The exhibition site takes up a very large area adjacent to the Parc des Expositions RER train station. On the other side of the raiway line is the urban area, including three modern chain hotels within 200m of the railway station.

The RER trains (Line B) broadly run every 15 minutes between about 5 a.m. and midnight. Its only one stop to CDG airport and about 30 minutes to the centre of Paris.

The RER train service is arguably more frequent and reliable than the Charles De Gaulle Airport hotel shuttle buses, so a hotel here may make sense as an airport stopover hotel even if you are not going to the exhibition centre.

Room rates are normally much cheaper here than staying at one of the hotels by the passenger terminals at CDG airport, at least when there isn't a major exhibition on.
