Beauvais
Airport is about 100 kms north of Paris acting as a low cost
airport for budget airlines operating cheap flights to Paris.
At the moment flights are dominated by Ryanair with a few flights
to East Europe by Wizzair.
You should be aware that as many other low cost airlines operate into
CDG and Orly airport. Much
closer and more convenient for Paris.

Transfers
From Beauvais
The airport
is about 5 kms north of the town of Beauvais, off the N1 road. A taxi
to the train station should cost about 11-17 Euros, the cheaper fare
being during the day time. There is also a shuttle service. There
are frequent trains to Paris Gare Du Nord station and other regional
services to the rest of France.
Most people wanting to travel to Paris City Centre will take the airport
bus direct from the airport. The buses are scheduled to service individual
flights, they leave 20 minutes after a flights arrival and leave Paris
3 hours before a flights departure. The schedulated duration of the
bus transfer is 75 minutes.

is close to town where there is a good range of economic hotels.
