Beauvais is a small town 100kms north of Paris. It is possible to get to the airport by train from Gare du Nord to Beauvais, then a taxi the 5kms out to the airport.

Most people will use the Beauvais to Paris transfer bus that runs direct to Paris City Centre. The bus schedule is twinned to each flight arrival and departure at Beauvais Airport. A bus will leave outside the terminal about 20 minutes after the arrival of the plane, a bus will leave Paris City Centre three hours before the departure of each flight.

The scheduled journey time of each bus journey is 75 minutes.

The terminus in Paris City Centre is at Porte Maillot. Porte Maillot is just to the west of the city centre just beyond the Arc de Triomphe on the Champs Elysees.

The easiest way for most people to get to Porte Maillot will be by metro - Porte Maillot has its own metro station on Line 1.
Line 1 runs the length of the Champs Elysees past the Louvre.

For those staying in the Latin Quarter or near the Eiffel Tower there is also an RER train service C that follows the left bank of the River Seine to just beyond the Eiffel Tower where it crosses the river stopping at Porte Maillot. If you use this service make sure the train is one that crosses the river to Porte Maillot, many of the trains carry on along the left bank of the Seine towards Versailles.

The bus departs along the Boulevard Pershing (see outline map above)

You can purchase tickets on the bus at Paris and from the kiosk outside the terminal at Beauvais.
Remember to get to the Paris departure point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time which is three hours before the departure of each flight.

To save the queue you can purchase tickets on-line, (see link right) but note there is a 2 Euro processing fee for this.
